- Located on a major highway in Ames, Iowa, this new 10,000 square foot main bank office was designed with visually ‘open’ ends to allow views of the banking lobby. Open stairs at each end bring light into the lower level.

- An established Story City, Iowa community bank wanted to provide a drive-up branch office along a busy connecting street. They wanted the small, 400 square foot building to appear larger than it’s plan dimensions would suggest.

- Faced with limited site availability, several design studies were performed to respond to the growing space needs of the bank. Site circulation, drive-up banking requirements and existing internal space arrangements were major factors considered.
