- A need for more operatory spaces and outdated interior finishes were the major factors behind the remodeling of 4,000 square feet of space for this busy practice of three oral surgeons in Ames, Iowa.
Project Description
The new office nearly doubled the original space, providing three consultation rooms, six operatories, increased storage space, a central recovery area and additional reception and patient billing spaces.
Natural maple woodwork, vinyl wall coverings, light fixtures, carpet and vinyl flooring were used to update and lighten the remodeled areas.
All construction activities were completed on schedule while keeping the existing practice functioning.
