The existing Proliant Building in the ISU Research Park, originally designed by Roseland Architects, was remodeled into the ISU Food Science and Human Nutrition Department's Nutrition and Wellness Research Center (NWRC).

Project Description

Interior 1

Construction work within this 15,000 square foot renovation included the creation of a custom metabolic kitchen and dining area complete with new stainless steel work surfaces and equipment, a fitness assessment facility with new athletic flooring and showering facilities, restroom upgrades, and existing finish updates throughout the building.

Interior 2

A centralized multi-media conference space was created as a gathering point for staff and outside departments while keeping attractive views to the adjacent pond intact with oversized glass conference room doors.

As part of the project team, we successfully coordinated the needs of many user groups and delivered a project that exceeded expectations.
