About the Firm

Roseland, Mackey, Harris Architects began as Roseland Architects in 1987 by Richard Roseland as a sole proprietorship. Kurt Mackey and Jeff Harris joined the firm in 1989 and 1990 as project architects. A professional corporation was formed in April of 2001, with Richard Roseland, Kurt Mackey and Jeff Harris as principals of the firm. Richard Roseland retired on December 31st, 2003.

At Roseland, Mackey, Harris Architects, PC our management approach welcomes clients to actively participate in the design process, and our technical expertise is aimed at assuring each of our client's objectives are met regardless of size and scope of the project.

The design method we embrace is a carefully balanced consideration of the project site and its context, the functional requirements of the facility and the client's resources.

During the design process, we thoroughly analyze each project to ensure all opportunities are explored for solutions that optimize the goals, objectives and budgets of our clients.

Our entire staff is committed to providing our clients with comprehensive design services using digital design and communication tools to ensure quality and cost accountability throughout the project.

As members of the American Institute of Architects, we utilize the latest AIA contractual forms for clients and contractors which are time-tested and have become the standard in the construction industry.
